Habconsult ltd is a local Consultancy firm carrying out Architectural Consultancy Services in Tanzania. The scope of consultancy service covers Architecture and Town Planning.

The firm is managed by local professionals who have a very wide knowledge of construction in Tanzania. The projects carried out by the firm are of varying nature, This gives the firm a very strong professional expertise to carry out competently a wide range of projects.

The firm is capable of undertaking projects from feasibility studies to the constrution stage and is capable of producing high quality presentation and working drawings using the latest software. Supervision of projects is done by competent registered Architects who have both national and international experience and exposure. The firm is supported by oversees and local trained Architects. PRE CONTRACT SERVICES

Coordinating detailed cadastral and topographical survey to unsurveyed plots and surveys of site structure on site.
Coordinating in carrying out soil test, determine soil properties and soil profiles, bearing capacity and other engineering properties of soil.
Submission of preliminary sketch solution Designs, advertising the client on the most appropriate solution to the projects including finance and time schedule.
Appointing Quantity Surveyor sub-consultant and supervising Bill of Quantities.
Appointing structural and Civil Mechanical and Electrical sub consultant.
Preparation of final detailed working drawings for construction including layout plans and master plans.
Acquisition of building permit and other related permit during construction.

POST CONTRACT SERVICES

Supervising projects under construction.
Preparation of valuation for interim payment certificates.
Preparation of financial reports.
Quality Management of the project.
